Vinification
The harvest is done manually. The stems are removed and the grapes are pressed; long maceration on the skins and a short period of aging follow, half in steel tanks and half in large French oak barrels.

Colour
Ruby red with purplish hues.
Bouquet
Its beautifully concentrated ruby red colour on the nose introduces intense notes with marked echoes of blueberry, violet and dark spices. In the mouth it has a good full-bodied structure with tannins that caress the palate underlining liquorice and juniper hints to finish.
Taste sensation
A full-bodied structure with caressing tannins.
