Vineyards located on the alluvial fan in the town of Roveré della Luna.

85 hectolitres per hectare.
Vinification
After the harvest done strictly by hand, the grapes are subjected to a short period of cold maceration and subsequent soft pressing. After natural sedimentation of the must a temperature-controlled fermentation phase follows (between 16-18° C) in stainless steel tanks. The final phase consists of aging on lies without malolactic fermentation.

Colour
Soft pink reminiscent of cherry skin.
Bouquet
The soft rose colour has cherry skin hues and its delicate bouquet is reminiscent of red currants and wild rose buds. It has a balanced and graceful taste with a raspberry finish.
