Vinification
After the harvest, done strictly by hand the bunches are then destemmed and long maceration on the skins ensues. The long aging period takes place in large wooden barrels.

Intense and compact ruby red.
Bouquet
The intense ruby red colour highlights blackberry and blueberry fruity notes that go hand in hand with violet and cyclamen floral echoes. The mouthfeel is full and well-balanced and fades giving a pleasant tannic sensation that lengthens the finish.
