80 hectolitres per hectare.
After the harvest done strictly by hand, the grapes are subjected to a short period of cold maceration and subsequent soft pressing. The final phase consists of aging on lies without malolactic fermentation.
Organoleptic properties

In the glass it stands out for its bright greenish colour and for the intense impact of aromas reminiscent of white melon, sage and lime. In the mouth it has a light and slender structure supported by a freshness that creates synergy with a marked final sapidity.
