The Feldi Vineyard, located on the edge of the alluvial fan in Roveré della Luna, consisting of stony ground with a slight presence of clay and sand.
45 hectolitres per hectare.
The strictly manual harvest is followed by destemming and careful selection of the grapes; the long maceration and fermentation take place in truncated conical French oak vats. After racking, malolactic fermentation and refinement take place both in new French oak barriques.
Organoleptic properties
Garnet red.
With a remarkable visual impact in the glass the wine has a garnet red colour and brilliant colour transparency. The bouquet on the nose is composed of small macerated red fruits, cloves, rose petals and hints of liquorice. In the mouth it has an enveloping structure, refined tannins and a finish that faithfully reflects what is perceived first on the nose.
